Just a few examples of some Custom Projects.
Carillon

This elevation was drawn for a family in Southlake, Texas. The lot was wide, but not very deep. The desire was to widen the house to maximize the width of the lot, while at the same time making the home look large, and be a head turner from the street.
Burns Residence
​
This beauty will be built in Weatherford, TX. It was designed to have the Living and Dining feel like a breezeway connector piece to the other parts of the home. The elevation will have a Modern Hill Country/Adobe vibe. 4 Bed - 4 Bath - 3 Car Garage with over 3600 SF.
Casa Blanco
​
A custom plan drawn for a local home builder. The project is on a 5 acre lot in the country. The couple like the idea of having board and batten siding on the front of the home to achieve that 'country farm house' feel. The rest of the home is all masonry.
This home is 3839 SF, with 4 beds, 3.5 baths, 3 car garage, and extra large kitchen, and game room plus study.
